Final Photo Result

First I started with the image of the road and re-sized the photo to about half the original pixels. Next, I added two different paint brush filters to give the road photos a unique look. Then, I played around with the hue, brightness/contrast, and color balance to bring out the orange in the image more. Next, I added a glitch photo overtop the image and cropped both to have both be the same size. Then, I clicked on the layer blending option (Linear Dodge (Add)) and came up with the final result.
